1. We at FYI Group strive to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with our product(s). All our product(s) will be free of all defects at the time of shipping.
  2. If a product(s) is found to be faulty within 7 (seven) days from receipt thereof, FYI Group will facilitate and bear the costs associated with the collection and return of the faulty product(s) to the manufacturer.
    1. Should we the manufacturer and/or its official distributing agent confirm that the faulty product(s) are covered within the terms of the warranty FYI Group will carry all the costs involved in returning and repairing or replacing the product(s) to the customer.
    2. Should we the manufacturer and/or its official distributing agent determine that the product(s) cannot be honoured in terms of the warranty, the costs for the repair/replacement and return of the product(s) will be for the customer’s own account.
  3. Should the product(s) be found to be faulty or become faulty after 7 (seven) days from having received your order and where the product(s) still falls under the warranty period, the cost of returning the faulty product(s) will be for the customer’s own account and FYI Group will only cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product(s) back to the customer.
    1. Should the manufacturer and/or its official distributing agent determine that the product(s) cannot be honoured in terms of the warranty the costs for the return of the product(s) back to you will be for your own account.
  4. Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product(s) you have received, you may return the product(s) to us within 7 (seven) days after date of delivery.
    1. The returned product(s) should however be returned in its original condition and packaging. After receipt of the returned product(s) the Sales Manager will inspect the product(s) and determine if it is in its original condition and packaging. FYI Group may charge a 15% restocking and/or handling fee if the return is accepted.
  5. Unwanted Products. You can return unwanted products to us provided.
  1. It is not damaged/used with all the original packaging
  2. You log the return with FYI Group within 7 days of delivery to you.
  3. If it is a large order and you are returning it via courier and not dropping off at our premises you may be charged a courier fee if the reason for the return is deemed a customer error.
  4. If the Product delivered is not what you ordered (or not as described on the site) we will collect and deliver the correct items at no extra charge.
  5. Charges and refunds.
  6. Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used. (Payment via credit card will be refunded to the same card, payment via EFT or COD will be refunded to your nominated bank account, we may require proof of Account and proof of ID in order to affect your refund.)
